The reexpression of the SSeCKS metastasis suppressor (via a tetracycline-regulated system) inhibits podosome formation induced by a temperature-sensitive v-Src allele (ts72v-Src) in N1H3T3 cells. Podosomes were marked by coimmunofluorescence analysis using rabbit anti-Tks5 antibody followed by FITC-labeled goat anti-rabbit Ig plus rhodamine-phalloidin to label F-actin.
