Mitogen-inducible gene 2 (MIG2) is overexpressed in a subset of breast cancers. Tissue microarrays were constructed from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded breast carcinomas and immunohistochemistry was performed on four-micrometer sections using labeled polymer-horseradish peroxidase reagents and an anti-MIG2 mouse monoclonal antibody.
