SKMEL/VEGF cells (1 x 10⁷), mixed with 1 x 10⁷ PT67 cells infected with retroviruses expressing DSCR1 isoform 4 specific SiRNA, were suspended in 0.5 ml of growth-factor reduced Matrigel and injected subcutaneously into Nu/Nu mouse.
