On the Cover
Co-immunofluorescence demonstrating the marked peripheral ruffling, the fine focal adhesions, and the bridging stress fibers in Walker256 rat carcinoma cells. F-actin was stained with rhodamine phalloidin (red), vinculin was detected using anti-vinculin monoclonal Ab followed by anti-mouse Alexa 488 (green), and nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
