Co-immunofluorescence demonstrating the localization of paxillin and actin in MDA-231 breast cancer cells grown on a fibronectin substrate. Paxillin was detected using an anti-paxillin monoclonal antibody followed by a goat anti-mouse Alexa555 (red), and actin was detected using an AlexaFluor 488 Phalloidin probe (green).
