Immunohistochemistry demonstrating over-expression of the EphA2 receptor in human giant-cell glioblastoma multiforme. The EphA2 protein was detected using an anti-EphA2 antibody followed by staining with AEC chromagen (red) and the specimen was counterstained with hematoxylin.
