On the Cover
Overexpression of ApoL6 induces apoptotic nuclear condensation and fragmentation in HEK 293 cells. HEK 293 cells were grown on cover glasses, infected with adenovirus-ApoL6, washed with PBS, stained with Hoechst nuclear staining dye, and viewed by fluorescence microscope. Condensed and fragmented nuclei were observed 3 days after infection. For details, see the article by Liu et al. on p. 21.
