Co-immunofluorescence demonstrating the co-localization of the novel anti-apoptotic protein, ARMER, with the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) marker, calreticulin, HT1080. The ARMER protein was detected using a mouse anti-Flag antibody followed by goat anti-mouse FITC (inset, green), and calreticulin was detected using a rabbit anti-calreticulin antibody followed by goat anti-rabbit Alexa 594 (inset, red). The large merged image shows extensive overlap in yellow, demonstrating that ARMER localizes to the ER. For details, see the article by Lui et al. on page 508.
