MCF-7/AdrR cells were grown on a four-chamber polystryrene vessel tissue culture glass slide, washed with PBS, and fixed with 95% ethanol before incubation with mouse anti-EMMPRIN monoclonal antibody. After incubation with FITC-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody for 30 min, the slides were washed with PBS and ddH₂O, covered by micro cover glasses with 50% glycerin (pH 9.5), and viewed by phase contrast.
