The distribution during interphase and cytokinesis in L428 cells of repp86, a nuclear human protein
expressed from the transit G1/S until the end of cytokinesis. Transient overexpression provokes accu-
mulation of cells in M-phase and subsequent polyploidization. In mitotic cells, repp86 interacts with
the motor protein Hklp2 at the spindle poles and mitotic spindle. For details, see article by
